Yoke cables are used when a single cord routed back to a medical diagnostic unit is preferred over several single leadwires that always seem to get tangled. Commonly used for electrocardiography (ECG) or nerve integrity monitoring (NIM), the molded Touchproof yokes that Plastics One offers are for three and five lead applications. Originally built with a narrow profile to eliminate bulk, a larger clamshell variation was designed to include a 5 pin circular DIN connector as an auxiliary input along with our 441 female or 497 male safety connectors. Colors of the ports as well as the overmolding material are selected by the customer. Insert logos (recessed or proud) for customer name or lead assignment can be included for a non-recurring engineering fee.
