Needle electrodes are used for invasive EMG testing of muscle deficits, nerve conduction studies or monitoring neural response during surgeries. Made of solid or thin wall tubings, they can be small in diameter as for neck or facial work or large and long for deep spinal nerve applications. Plastics One has sourced and custom designed a number of molded needle electrodes that are not listed below, monopolar and concentric included.
