Our manufacturing expertise with audio connectors sprung from supporting the Audiology sector over the last 56 years. We offer exposed pin designs, mono and stereo phone plug configurations inclusive of the industry standard plugs: 2.5mm mini-plug, 3.5mm (1/8”), 6.3mm (1/4”), 4-pole phone plugs and RCA phono. We utilize high quality base metals in our male pins and female contact receptacles. Most employ anti-corrosive, anti-oxidative, self-lubricating plating to resist environmental wear and degradation. Nickel, nickel silver and gold plating are standard and available upon request. Polarization and orientation are integrated into the designs by contrasting pin diameters and keying created by plug mold features. Many wire types are terminable including tinsel wire, twisted pairs, twisted triads, specialty shielded and unshielded constructions. As always, samples are available upon request.
