About our Online Catalog
The main page of our Web Catalog is divided into two sections. On the right side is a list of our main product categories. To the left is a full map of both the main and sub product categories.By selecting a main category heading, general information about that product and a list of sub categories can be viewed. If a sub category is selected a list of all the items in this category will be displayed. It is in this section that the unique features listed below can assist you in finding the right part.

Mating parts
By clicking on the phrase mates with, a list of Plastics One sockets and plugs that join with the item you are searching will appear on your screen with photographs of each of these parts for you to view.  Additional information about a mating part can be obtained by clicking on the part number highlighted in blue.

Images
Located at the bottom left side of the desired product box, are images of additional product angles to help you evaluate the part. One photograph was taken with a grid as the background to represent the actual product size. By mousing over the images you will be able to view a larger picture of the item.

Available Colors
The typical colors of the parts we produce are represented in this section, along with a Pantone color reference. You are not limited to these colors; however, custom color matching fees vary by material and shades.

Pricing
Plastics One is a custom build manufacturer. Our products are typically designed specifically for special application and are not manufactured until an order has been placed. Because of our customization, pricing is not available on the website. Your company can request a price quote, as well as any additional data you may need by clicking at the top of the screen on the heading "Request Information".
Some suggested items to include in the message section of your request for information would be such things as: your company specifications, intended uses for the product and any other relevant information that you believe to be important. These additional details will allow us to get a broader view of what you need to help us serve you better.

Services
Plastics One provides value added manufacturing services. Our in-house design engineering group , and seasoned manufacturing engineers enable us to provide our customers with design consulting, troubleshooting, material selection assistance, R&D input, mold toolmaking and prototyping services. We do this with a combination of experience, up-to-date design software, and a state of the art toolroom facility.

In addition, we have injection-molding and insert-molding departments utilizing LEAN manufacturing. Both offer cleanroom capabilities and added options such as, part marking and packaging to help us create the right product to fit your needs.
