Typically we do not stock inventory since we are a custom build manufacturer. We build our products to suit your particular application
and for the quantities that you require.
What are your typical lead times?
Our lead times range from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on production back-log. The sooner that we receive a
Purchase Order from you the sooner we can schedule your products to be built.
How can I find drawing information on connectors and cable assemblies?
We do not have product drawings on the web at this time; however you may request
additional product information either by e-mail at info@plastics1.com or by calling

Can we buy the plugs without the wires?
Yes, however we recommend that you buy a complete system to get the full benefit of our proprietary soldering
and overmolding and to insure the right fit for your application. Without the proper equipment, it is impossible to produce the quality and

Do you manufacture small quantities?
Yes, Plastics One is a custom build manufacturer (Custom Cable Assembly).

Can you send me a catalog?
We are continuously updating and adding new products,unfortunately we do not have a printed catalog at this time; however
it is something to look forward to seeing on our website in the future. Please visit our online catalog at

Can I download a catalog?
We do not a have a pdf format for downloading at this time. A printer friendly product page is available.
Can I amortize the tooling costs into the piece part price?
Yes, provided we have a yearly, non-cancelable, blanket order with a letter of commitment.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, we require 3-5 weeks to fabricate the sample if it is not in stock, 2-3 weeks if we can modify an
already in stock cord to suit your application. In some cases the sample is in stock and easily shipped.
How can I get pricing information?
Our products are designed specifically for your special application and are not manufactured
until a custom order has been placed. Because of our customization, pricing is not available on the website.
However your company can request a price quote by clicking at the top of the screen on the heading
"Request Information".
