We offer molding and assembly capabilities in 9 ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms and have 2 ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) cleanrooms for medical device manufacturing and packaging.

Plastics One is proud to offer validated medical pouch sealing for cables or other devices for the growing medical device industry. We have two independent cleanrooms with the ability to house production in the first and packaging in the second.

The cleanrooms are certified to ISO Class 7 standards for sterile barrier packaging and molding.
